Covenant 7.16: Mailboxes. Each Owner of lots shall maintain the mailbox and structure which was originally installed by a builder, and shall replace same as necessary with a mailbox and structure which is substantially the same in appearance as that which was originally provided to the dwelling unit. Nothing may be attached to the mailbox structure which will affect the uniformity thereof with other such structures in the Real Estate. If your mailbox is damaged/rusted, a different/unapproved style, etc…, It needs to be replaced. Marilyn Ridge’s approved mailbox is available at hardware stores or at Mailbox Solutions.
